Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and possess a strong problem-solving ability. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assisting customers with orders, product information, and general inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
