Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. Duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
