Job Description
Addforce Human Resources Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive attitude, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will also process orders and keep records of customer interactions.
Requirements include a high school diploma, calmness under pressure, and familiarity with computers. Previous customer support experience is preferred.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of Php26,00.00 – Php30,00.00, plus benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
Work schedule includes an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
