RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating a positive customer experience, ensuring passenger safety and security, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll be expected to communicate effectively with passengers, listen actively to identify their needs, and provide timely and accurate information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 months in the BPO
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong on rotating schedules.
