Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at the Alaska Campus, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Assisting customers with placing orders and tracking shipments
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating as required
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with our products and services is a plus
