Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, process orders, and assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
