Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative/Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and setting appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be interacting with customers and potential clients on a daily basis. You should also be able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, handling complaints, and updating customer information in our system. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales team and maintaining the appointment calendar.
