Job Description
Aromatic Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and manage inquiries across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook. You will provide timely and friendly support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include responding to queries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and assisting with orders and returns. Candidates must have strong communication skills in English and Filipino, e-commerce experience, and effective multitasking abilities.
This full-time position is from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, six days a week, in Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga. Salary starts at Php 15,600 per month with benefits.
