Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: University degree graduate of any Medical allied, preferably BS Nursing
- Experience Required: At least 3 years of related work experience
- Competencies:
- Core:
- Customer Service, Customer Focus, Phone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Data Entry Skills, Product Knowledge, Job Knowledge, Objectivity, Dependability, Multi-tasking
- Technical: Familiar with HR principles, practices and Timekeeping procedures
- Universal: Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Critical Traits: Attention to details, Organized, Good Analytical Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
- Equipment Used: Computer, Printer, Photocopier, Fax machine, Calculator
- Working Environment: Field and Office-based
Job Purpose:
- The position is responsible for delivering the highest quality of care to VIP Members and/or Clients and efficient execution of service recovery, as may be necessary
- Essentially responsible for effectively carrying out set strategies of Customer Experience Division relevant to best-in-class customer experience in the outsource call center partners serving our valued Philcare members, accounts and partner providers.
