Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete account, product, and service information.
- Resolve product or service problems and provide solutions.
- Manage incoming calls and maintain customer interaction records.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in College.
- At least 6 months of CSR experience preferred.
- Proficient in English, able to work onsite with a shifting schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
