Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assisting customers with order processing, account management.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Adhering to company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
Qualifications
- Must have finished at least HS/SHS education.
- Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of BPO experience. (international voice campaign)
- Amenable to work in Makati/CEBU.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 08/25/2024
