Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complaints and inquiries
- Following up with customers through various channels
- Offering additional services to customers
- Troubleshooting and solving service issues
- Collaborating with team members and departments
- Conducting courtesy visits and maintenance checks
- Gathering feedback for service improvements
- Preparing reports on service activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
- Prior customer support or client service experience
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Expected Hours: 40 per week
