Receive inbound calls from customers
Assist customers with inquiries or concerns
Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Able to multitask
Knowledgeable about Bank Transactions (Disputes, Debit-Credit transactions)
High school, SHS, and college graduate
Amenable to work on a 3am schedule
Amenable to attend an interview onsite
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,500.00 – Php19,550.00 per month
