Job Description
Join Berthaphil Inc. as a Customer Service Representative! Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring locators are satisfied by handling complaints and inquiries
- Exhibiting patience and managing stressful situations
- Following up with locators or tenants to ensure satisfaction
- Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
- Collaborating with CSRs and other departments for solutions
- Conducting courtesy visits with tenants
- Preparing reports on customer service activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer support
- Strong phone handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00/month
