Job Description
Booth & Partners is in search of a dedicated individual to enhance our Customer Support Team! In this pivotal role, you will assist patients in obtaining their custom-fit dental devices. Your exceptional service, delivered through phone, email, and SMS communications, will be integral in improving our processes.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer satisfaction, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a problem-solving attitude. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
