Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service via call, email, or chat.
- Respond to inquiries with sincerity and compassion.
- Address all customer inquiries promptly.
- Resolve queries through standardized email responses within the assigned time.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to work ON-SITE.
- College graduate or SHS Graduate (BPO experience not required).
- Good to excellent English communication skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, night shift.
