Job Description
We are Caldwell Careers BPO, looking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. We offer various accounts such as Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence, resolving issues on the first contact, and aligning customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
