Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our dynamic team at CaldwellBPO Luzon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone and written communication.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize skills to recover from objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
