Job Description

Teleperformance – Edsa is urgently hiring for Customer Service Representatives. We are currently accepting applications from candidates with various educational backgrounds:

  • High School graduate (old curriculum)
  • Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduate
  • Senior High School graduate (K-12)
  • College graduate/undergraduate
  • With or without call center experience

Virtual hiring process involves two phone calls – no need to go onsite. Successful candidates can earn up to Php25,00.00 per month, based on the assigned account. We offer both voice and non-voice accounts, including opportunities for both local and international accounts. Fluency in English is not required; basic English skills are sufficient.

Benefits include HMO coverage, 15 paid vacation leaves, additional 20% pay for night differential, 13th month pay, rice allowance, and potential account allowance. Our offices are located in Quezon City at Vertis North, SM Fairview, and Fairview Terraces.

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule. Shifts are available for day, evening, and night schedules.
