Job Description
Career Leap is hiring a Customer Service Representative to effectively manage customer queries and complaints. The successful candidate will process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels while maintaining composure in challenging situations. Experience with computers is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
