Job Description
Overview:
To provide support to our Customers by reporting, routing, and building up relationships to keep business and to assist with growth within our customers’ business. To be the go-between the customer & operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide status updates to different stakeholders.
- Address incoming calls from customers to facilitate, coordinate, or give direct responses as required.
- Disseminate agreed / required due dates of shipments upon booking from customer to operations.
Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate level knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Has the ability to communicate with customers via various communication channels – email, chat and calls.
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang Muntinlupa
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to Commute:
- Muntinlupa City (Required)
