Job Description
In this role, you will monitor chat and email support channels, responding to customer requests and providing exceptional service. An understanding of the customer journey is essential, as well as the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications include excellent English written communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to engage in non-voice support. Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are welcome. This is a full-time, permanent position in BGC, Taguig.
Pay: Php 22,00.00 per month with benefits.
