Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat.
- Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and educate on Tango features.
- Collaborate to resolve complex problems and maintain customer records.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support or similar role experience in a tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills, familiarity with mobile apps.
