Job Description
Cobden and Carter International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our healthcare team in Ortigas, Pasig. This full-time, permanent position involves providing exceptional support to payers and addressing claim issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service over the phone to resolve payer and claim issues.
- Report root cause issues to the Supervisor for efficient resolution.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in healthcare BPO, preferably with Rad-Partners.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be from Sagility.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month, plus benefits including health and life insurance.
