Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR PE Level) to join our dynamic team at Cognizant. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder or completed at least 2 years of college education
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably with voice process background
- Experience in sales and retention is a plus
- Willing to work on shifting schedules in Giga Tower, Quezon City
