Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
We’re looking for experienced and dependable outbound customer support representatives to remind clients of due payables. Collections and credit experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily client calls
- Reduce aged receivables
- Resolve pricing and claims issues
- Generate reports
- Assist team members
- Determine uncollectible accounts
- Handle inbound calls and emails
- Process payments
Requirements:
- High customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Collections experience preferred
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8pm-5am (PH Time)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,00.00 per month
