JOB SUMMARY:
- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at CREST FORWARDER INC. to ensure that import-export related transactions are handled efficiently, delivering maximum customer satisfaction.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics/Transportation, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong task monitoring abilities.
- Keen attention to detail, flexibility, and patience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
