Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and providing feedback to the management team.
