Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Ascend Innovation Technology Corporation, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring top-notch service and support. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product information. Key qualifications include strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, CRM proficiency, and the ability to thrive in high-stress environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience.
- College Degree/College level.

Pay: From Php27,00.00 per month
