Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, issues, and general support. Your main responsibilities include handling incoming calls, responding to customer emails, and providing quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required as training will be provided to the right candidate.
