Job Description
Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is looking for competent Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads and identifying customer needs
- Resolving product or service problems and providing solutions
- Recommend potential products or services based on customer needs
- Contribute to team effort and achieve related results
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year BPO experience as a CSR
- Excellent English communication skills – written and oral
- Problem-solving skills, good listener, detail-oriented
- Versatile, well-organized, and able to follow instructions well
Details:
- Day shift, Mondays to Fridays, fixed weekends off
- Office-based job
