Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
