Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Follow company guidelines and protocols
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls or messages
- Stay knowledgeable about company offerings to better assist customers
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High school graduate, Senior Highschool graduate, College level, College graduate, or vocational graduate
- Good English communication skills
- With or without BPO experience
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,500.00 per month
