Job Description
The following Items are MUST:
- American Accent with Fluent English
- Stable Internet
- Stable Power Connection
- Properly Functioning Laptop / PC
- Noise Free Background with Noise Cancellation Microphone
Permanent Work from Home position.
Main job duties are:
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Calling.
- Order handling
- Upselling of products
- Monitoring of delivery
- Provide customer support
- Payment processing
- Manage customer escalation, close on issues and gaps swiftly
- Expertise in Restaurant Order Taking
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
- Proficient in phone order taking software
