Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Client Support Acquisition.
List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs with provided scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Attend interview in Ortigas (Interview only).
- Conversant in basic English, at least a high school graduate.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status, 18 years old and above.
- Active listening skills and empathy with customers.
Nice to have:
- Proven customer service experience is preferred.
