Job Description
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have 6 months BPO experience (no specific domain required).
- Must be a college graduate.
- Willing to work ONSITE in CUBAO, QUEZON CITY.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
- Willing to work with QUEUE MANAGEMENT.
*WITH MONTHLY ALLOWANCE + HMO DAY 1
*SALARY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php42,00.00 per month
