Job Description
Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Team Leader, performs tasks related to Customer Service, resolving concerns, and managing emails.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt resolution to inquiries
- Accurately update records
- Maintain professionalism with customers
Specifications:
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in English

Salary: From Php15,00.00/month
