Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products/services, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers in product/service selection and providing guidance throughout the purchasing process
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
