Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with their product or service-related concerns. Additionally, you will handle customer orders, process returns, and provide product information.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position. You must be able to empathize with customers and patiently handle challenging situations. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are also critical for success in this role.
Furthermore, as a CSR, you will work closely with other team members and departments to find solutions and improve customer experience. You may also be required to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
