Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital role in our company as they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Listening attentively to customer needs and resolving their issues efficiently.
- Providing accurate product information and assistance with order placement.
- Managing and updating customer accounts and records.
- Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures.
