Join Genpact Philippines to support one of the Biggest Financial Banks in the World as a Customer Service Representative for Consumer Credit Card. Provide top-notch customer service to existing clients, assisting with account details, investigations, and online navigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Good computer navigation skills & attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM tools & capturing detailed information

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong active listening skills & solution-focused approach
  • High school graduate with 6 months BPO industry experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Empathy in customer interaction
  • Experience in Customer Service for Consumer Credit Cards
