Responsibilities:
- Good computer navigation skills & attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM tools & capturing detailed information
Minimum qualifications:
- Strong active listening skills & solution-focused approach
- High school graduate with 6 months BPO industry experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Empathy in customer interaction
- Experience in Customer Service for Consumer Credit Cards
