Job Description
Telecom/Delivery/Healthcare/Hotel Reservation
Qualifications:
Open to all education levels
With or without BPO experience
Must be willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively identify and address their needs.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about company products, services, and policies.
- Actively promote and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to company quality standards and performance metrics.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and friendly team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php11,216.73 – Php15,190.25 per month
