A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and concerns regarding the products or services provided by a company. The main duties of a CSR include answering phone calls, responding to emails or live chat messages, and providing accurate and timely information to customers. They must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while handling customer issues and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
