Job Description
- Providing outstanding service to our customers. You will provide timely resolutions to their queries and correspond with them through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
- At least 6 months UK client BPO CSR work experience.
- College graduate with 6 to 12 months in International BPO customer service representative experience or,
- 2-year course (undergraduate)/Vocational graduate with 13 to 24 months International BPO customer service representative work experience.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
