Job Description
- Call the customer to validate the booking/deliveries, follow up payments or ask payment status.
- Email the EOD daily. (End of the Day Report)
- Email Audit findings- Collate proof if the sales team violates the company policies.
- Ensure that the Audit Findings summary is updated.
- Prepare Customer’s Statement of Account (SOA).
- Monitoring and file receiving copy of the requested SOA.
- Performing account reconciliations with the customer.
- Email the Sales team and branch coordinators if the Cheques are need to be pick up and for any concern that need assistance of them.
- In-charge in Promotexter- Payment reminder to customer account receivable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
