Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. At Orbit Employment Hub – PH, we have the following vacancies available:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
Responsibilities include identifying and assessing customers’ needs, providing accurate solutions, maintaining professionalism, and addressing customer inquiries. Qualifications include being eligible to work onsite, being a Filipino Citizen or holding relevant residence status, and having at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have (Optional): Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
