- Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Maintain professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate solutions using scripts
Qualifications:
- 18+ years old
- High school graduate with conversational English
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
Nice to have:
- Customer service experience preferred
