Job Description
We are seeking a committed and customer-oriented Inbound Customer Service and Retention Agent to join our team at PM Consulting. In this position, you will manage incoming calls from US customers, delivering outstanding service while addressing their questions and concerns. Your main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by resolving issues promptly and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US to introduce and sell our products/services.
- Present and explain product features and benefits, effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
- Convert prospects into customers by successfully closing sales and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Education:
- Junior High School (Required)
Experience:
