Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a travel account handles inquiries and issues related to travel bookings, reservations, and services, providing excellent customer service and timely solutions.
- Handle customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate as needed.
- Ensure efficient communication and maintain service standards.
- Graduate of high school with at least 1 year of CSR experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize inquiries, and work in Ortigas, Pasig.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate with 1 year CSR experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
Requirements:
- Onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig.
- Shift work and start by April 9, 2024.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
