Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trainee to manage customer queries and complaints effectively. You will handle orders, modifications, and escalate issues across various communication channels while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via different channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders and keep detailed records.
